Cancellation Policy and Refund Before Shipping
1. Cancellation Policy
1a. Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and our standard Return Policy below will apply.
1b. To cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed for shipping. 1c. In case of cancellation before shipping, any payment made for the cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase within 3-5 business days. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
2. Refund Process
2a. If your order is eligible for cancellation before shipping, we will initiate the refund process promptly upon confirmation of cancellation.
2b. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available or expired, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.
2c. Once the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the refund details. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Exceptions
3a. Customized or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once production has commenced. Please contact our customer support team for more information on cancellation and refund options for such products.
3b. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must be processed as returns according to our standard Return Policy below.

Product Returns Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
1a. Products are eligible for return within the specified return period (i.e, 30 days) if they exhibit physical damage (unless mentioned before purchase), missing parts or accessories, defects, or variance from the description provided on our product detail page before or during purchase.
2. Technical Support for Electronic Devices
2a. Should you encounter an issue with electronic devices such as Smartphones, Tablets, Laptops, we may arrange for a technician to visit your location or ask you to send the product to us or arrange a live session online through Zoom to help you fix the issue.
2b. This service can be scheduled through our help desk via email at help@cigli.in or by phone at 040-48541950 or booking an TeleFix™ appointment by going here.
2c. Resolution will be determined in accordance with the terms and conditions of Cigli India (OPC) Private Limited, based on the technician's assessment report.
3. Conditions for Returns
3a. Returns will be processed under the following conditions:
3b. We may ask you to provide images of the product to compare it to its original conditions when handed over to our shipping partners.
4. Data Privacy
4a. Before returning any electronic device that stores personal information, please ensure all personal data has been backed up and erased.
4b. Cigli India cannot be held responsible or accountable for any misuse or loss of such information.
5. Exclusions
5a. Certain products may not be eligible for return, including instances of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color selection.
5b. Additionally, items marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned unless damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
5c. In such cases, a full refund or replacement will be provided, and we may request to examine the product prior to issuing the refund or replacement.
Product Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refund
1a. Refunds are applicable within 30 days of the purchase date.
1b. To be eligible for a refund, the refurbished device must be in the same condition as when it was purchased, with no signs of tamper, liquid damage, misuse, or physical alterations and all the accessories it came with must be present.
1c. Proof of purchase, such as the original sales receipt or order confirmation email with Order ID, is required for all refund requests.
2. Refund Process
2a. To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer service team at help@cigli.in.
2b. One of our customer service representatives will guide you through the refund process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if applicable.
2c. Once the returned refurbished device is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status and expected credit of your refund.
2d. After the device meets the eligibility criteria, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment, which can reflect within 3-5 business days depending on your bank provider.
3. Exclusions
3a. Refunds will not be provided for refurbished devices that show signs of tamper, liquid damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
3b. Consumable or disposable components of the device, such as batteries, are not eligible for refunds once opened and used for 30 days.
3c. Change of mind, product no longer needed/required, similar product is cheaper else where or if the product is not in its original packing, the refund will not be applicable.
3d. If we think our return policy is being exploited or abused and have gathered enough evidence to suggest as such, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and to add the customer to our blacklist.
3e. To avoid money laundering or in the case of stolen cards, we reserve the right to refuse a refund to another card and may provide you only with store credits.
4. Warranty Information
4a. All refurbished devices sold by Cigli are covered by a 1-year Hardware warranty against defects in components.
4b. Warranty claims will be handled separately from refund requests. Please refer to our warranty policy for more information.
5. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
5a. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our refurbished devices. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, and we will work to address your concerns promptly.
6. Modification of Refund Policy
6a. Cigli India reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
